How it Works
Every client project kicks off with a roadmapping session. We’ll sit down (virtually or in person) to set your goals and KPIs, develop your strategy, establish your timeline, identify all critical task items, and establish milestones to achieve the results you’re committed to achieving.
From there, I’ll work with you and your team as you implement my Launch to Profit system.
Over the course of the next 3 months, we’ll meet weekly to ensure you’re meeting your objectives, that the pre-marketing activities are working (we’ll be able to gauge this within about 4 to 6 weeks from the start), and that everything comes together for your launch.
As you can imagine, because of the results my clients get working with me, I’m in demand. I receive dozens of inquires a month, but only take on a handful of projects a year.
