How it Works
First, you’ll fill out an intake form (see “NEXT STEPS” just below this section) so I can see if you’re in a position where I can genuinely help you grow (absolute beginners / hobbiest / tier-kickers need not apply).
From there, we’ll kick things off by creating your $100k Launch Roadmap.
We’ll begin with an in depth analysis of your business so we can spot and correct any weaknesses in your funnel, pitch, or offer.
Next, we’ll evaluate and set attainable goals, as well as establish KPIs so we know exactly what we need to do to reach them.
From there, we’ll put together your launch plan and timeline, which will allow us to identify all critical path items to make sure we can achieve the results you’re committed to achieving while factoring in constraints, such as limits on manpower, money, time, etc.
Basically, I want you to squeeze out ever ounce of profit from your launch, so we need to make sure your margins and anticipated return on investment are as accurate as possible (don’t worry, that’s where knowing what works and what doesn’t makes all the difference, and I’ll be able to guide you step-by-step through the process).
From here, we’ll move onto the execution phase.
Because every launch is unique, the particulars of setting up and effectively executing such a marketing campaign will be different client to client. So after this step, what happens next becomes an “it depends” based on your situation.
Bottom line: we will evaluate and proceed with a course of action that will get you the greatest ROI from working together.
As you can probably guess, based on the results I’ve helped my client achieve, I receive a lot of inquires every month. Most are not a good fit. No hard feeling.
